Agreement and operator

By accessing LGJ Social, you agree to these terms. LGJ Social is operated by Dr Feldman LLC, doing business as Lead Gen Jay, at 7901 4th St N #26497, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA.

The service

LGJ Social is a private, internal, single-user creator tool for reviewing owned-channel analytics, finding performance patterns, planning content, writing scripts, and preparing thumbnails. It is not offered as a public analytics service or a data marketplace.

Authorized use

You may connect and analyze only accounts and content that you own or are authorized to manage. You agree not to:

• use LGJ Social to violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, or provider restrictions;
• misrepresent account ownership or permission;
• resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the service or its data; or
• interfere with the security or operation of LGJ Social.

Third-party platforms

Connected services remain governed by their own terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Developer Policies, and Google policies. You are responsible for complying with those requirements. Third-party platforms may change or withdraw access at any time.

By using LGJ Social, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Account access and security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, maintaining control of connected accounts, and promptly revoking access you no longer authorize. Notify us if you believe the app or a connected account has been accessed without permission.

API limitations and availability

LGJ Social depends on third-party APIs, quotas, permissions, and data availability. Metrics may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or defined differently across platforms. We may pause or modify features to comply with provider requirements, protect security, or address service limits.

No guarantees

LGJ Social is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, metric accuracy, content performance, audience growth, or business results. Insights and recommendations are planning aids and require the user's judgment.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using LGJ Social and revoke connected-platform access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or provider-policy compliance. To request deletion of your LGJ Social account and associated data, email [email protected]. Data deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
