Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LGJ Social handles account and performance data for the authenticated creator who uses the app.
Effective July 13, 2026
Who operates LGJ Social
LGJ Social is operated by Dr Feldman LLC, doing business as Lead Gen Jay, at 7901 4th St N #26497, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. This policy applies to the LGJ Social application at lgjsocial.com.
YouTube data we access
After the user signs in with Google and grants permission, LGJ Social uses the YouTube Data API to read the authenticated user's owned YouTube account, channel, and video data. This can include channel identifiers and profile details, subscriber and channel view counts, uploaded video identifiers, titles, publish dates, URLs, and performance metrics such as views, likes, and comments.
The app requests only the read-only youtube.readonly scope. This scope does not allow LGJ Social to upload, edit, or delete YouTube videos.
How we use YouTube data
YouTube data is used only to provide private owned-channel analytics, performance insights, and content planning inside the authenticated user's workspace.
- LGJ Social does not sell YouTube user data or use it for advertising.
- LGJ Social does not redistribute YouTube user data to other users or third parties.
- LGJ Social does not publicly disclose imported YouTube data.
- LGJ Social does not download or store copies of YouTube video files.
Infrastructure providers may process data only as needed to host, secure, and operate LGJ Social. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the app and its user.
Storage, security, and retention
OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated server-side operations. Imported analytics, insights, scripts, thumbnails, and related artifacts are private by default unless the user creates an explicit share link.
Connection tokens and imported YouTube data are retained while the YouTube connection remains active. Stored YouTube API data is refreshed or purged before it reaches 30 days old. The daily retention check removes stale post records, metric snapshots, performance insights, and sync history. If a connected account has not completed a successful refresh within that period, the connection and all of its imported YouTube data are removed.
When the user disconnects YouTube, LGJ Social first sends an immediate programmatic token-revocation request to Google. After Google confirms that the authorization is revoked or already inactive, LGJ Social removes the connection tokens, connected-channel record, imported channel and video data, metric snapshots, and generated performance insights from active systems. If Google cannot confirm revocation, the disconnect is not reported as complete and can be retried. User-created scripts and thumbnails remain, but their links to deleted YouTube records are removed.
A verified deletion request is completed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 7 days after receipt. Residual copies in protected disaster-recovery backups are isolated from product use and age out under the hosting provider's fixed backup lifecycle. If a backup is restored, completed deletion requests are reapplied before the data returns to product use. Any copy retained because of a legal obligation is isolated from product use and deleted when that obligation ends.
Your controls
You can revoke LGJ Social's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions. You can also disconnect the account from LGJ Social. To request access to or deletion of stored YouTube data, email [email protected].
Google API Services policy
LGJ Social's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Additional terms governing these services are available in the Google Privacy Policy, YouTube Terms of Service, and YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
